OU Health is seeking a skilled HCM Systems Analyst to provide functional support for HCM platforms and to drive process improvements. The role involves configuring systems, analyzing requirements, creating and maintaining reports, and delivering end-user training.

Key responsibilities include data integrity audits, troubleshooting, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement system enhancements that improve efficiency. This is an on-site position in Oklahoma City with OU Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Workday Pro certification within first year.
• Knowledge of HCM systems (Workday, Paycom, PeopleSoft, Lawson, ADP).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Ability to write and schedule reports.
• Effective communication across all levels.

Duties include analyzing and determining configuration changes, ensuring data integrity and designing reports to create and drive operational efficiencies. Incumbent will achieve success as a strategic partner to internal and external stakeholders by maintaining and enhancing HCM systems, driving process efficiencies, troubleshooting issues, preserving data integrity, complying with security expectations. Uses project management knowledge and skills to help the team deliver the expected outcomes on time.**Essential Responsibilities***Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position.
