HCM Product Owner - Remote - $110,000-150,000

Looking to take ownership of a global Dayforce transformation initiative? This is an opportunity to join a leading live entertainment organization as the technical owner of a business-critical HCM platform, driving international Dayforce implementations and helping shape the future of workforce management across multiple countries.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of hands-on Dayforce experience, including building and implementing Dayforce from the ground up, with deep expertise in Payroll, Timekeeping, Scheduling, administration, configuration, and system ownership.
• Proven experience leading or supporting Dayforce implementations, preferably involving multiple countries, multiple entities, or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience gathering business requirements, designing solutions, managing integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with Workday, including integration or dual-platform environments between Workday and Dayforce, is highly preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Own the technical configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of Dayforce Payroll, Timekeeping, and Scheduling modules.
• Lead global Dayforce implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, configuration review, vendor management, testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
• Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations between Dayforce and business systems including HR, payroll, finance, benefits, and reporting platforms.
• Partner with international stakeholders, project leads, and consultants to ensure scalable, compliant, and globally aligned workforce management solutions.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $110,000-$150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
