Job summary

DMI is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM/ELM Developer Lead to support Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Timekeeping Management, and other related operations. These roles will be temporary contract positions to support daily operations during the lifecycle of a major ERP System upgrade initiative.

The role involves design, development, testing, data integration, audits, and cross-team collaboration across Maximo and PeopleSoft interfaces to ensure a successful upgrade and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years additional applicable experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional - IBM Service Management Asset Management.
• Maximo 7.6 certification.
• ITIL Expert Level certification.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Oracle Exadata Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Support program and project management tasks and document generation.
• Manage projects as assigned and conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Provide QA/QC and risk management; prepare requirements and reports.
• Translate application/system configuration to users and stakeholders.
• Develop functional design diagrams and training materials.
• Provide both functional and technical Maximo support and lifecycle guidance.
• Develop data integration studies using ITS and support ERP end-to-end processes.
