Job summary

Dayforce invites experienced Consultants to join our Technical Services team, guiding clients through third-party flat file integrations during Dayforce HCM implementations. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives, including benefits enrollment, payroll contributions, and HR demographics data transfers to vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management consulting.
• Strong client relationship acumen.
• Ability to engage with multiple projects and clients concurrently and manage priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions.
• Ability to relay technical concepts to clients in clear and concise business language.
• Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to clients.
• Translate client requirements into flat file requirements.
• Meet with offshore teams to review the mapping document for file development.
• Manage internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Project Sponsors, Service Consultants, and Mappers, and external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to achieve export file deliverables.
• Identify and communicate risk.
• Analyze export files and research the cause of issues to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end management of delivering export files.
