Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling HCM or payroll services.
• Experience selling to Major Accounts and managing complex sales cycles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of HCM software solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads and qualify prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify client needs and present proposals to business owners in person.
• Close sales and transition new clients to onboarding and integration.
• Conduct follow-up with new clients to ensure satisfaction and address questions.
