Insperity is seeking a Benefits Communications Specialist I to handle production, maintenance and dissemination of benefits communications and related training. The role guides IT for HCM system maintenance and vendor integrations, serving as a liaison between Insperity and vendors to ensure timely client benefits enrollment and ACA reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in benefits administration or related field preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication skills.
• Experience creating collateral with Word, PowerPoint, and interactive PDFs.

Responsabilités

• Supports onboarding to vendors including audits of benefit plan setups and client training.
• Develops processes and procedures to support TES clients.
• Provides benefits administration support for clients and internal teams.
• Delivers timely operational communications and training for internal teams and clients.
• Maintains expertise of TES product offerings and stays updated on plan changes.
• Acts as SME for benefits administration services and communicates enhancements to vendors.
