Job summary

New Mexico Department of Justice seeks a Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst to provide advanced functional and analytical support for the statewide PeopleSoft HCM environment. This on-site role in Santa Fe requires investigating production issues, analyzing requirements, and delivering sustainable solutions.

You will work with agencies, Oracle and DoIT to translate business needs into system requirements, develop specs and training materials, and support testing, upgrades, and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years IT or business analysis; eight years total experience may substitute for education/experience.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems, preferably Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and data analysis skills.
• PMI-PBA certification may substitute for one year of education.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional analysis and support for the statewide HCM environment.
• Investigate production issues, analyze business requirements, and identify improvements.
• Develop functional specifications, test plans, procedures, and training materials.
• Coordinate with agencies, Oracle, DoIT, and vendors to implement sustainable solutions.
