The Stafford Gray Group is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant focused on Core HR and Performance Management. You will collaborate directly with senior client stakeholders to guide configuration and design decisions across these modules.

Your responsibilities include leading functional discussions, translating requirements into system settings, and supporting testing, validation, and sign-off for Core HR and Performance processes. Travel to New Mexico may be required.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant for Core HR and Performance Management.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configuration.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Overview

Stafford Gray is supporting a client engagement requiring a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant with expertise in Core HR and Performance Management. The consultant will work directly with senior client stakeholders to support configuration, business process design, and functional guidance across these modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Performance Management modules
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on solution design
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Core HR and Performance business processes
• Translate business requirements into system configuration and process recommendations
• Support testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant on Core HR and Performance Management
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification
• Experience with Talent/Performance calibration cycles
