PCC implemented Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) in January 2020. Our Workday journey is a multi-year endeavor to implement HCM, Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management to each PCC division. We are actively seeking a detail-oriented HCM Analyst to join our team. This critical role will oversee the integration and reporting of Workday for the organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of the Workday platform, and drive to achieve results through effective communication and work management.
