An established industry player is seeking an HCM Analyst to enhance their Human Capital Management system. This role involves system administration, user support, and data integrity management, ensuring alignment with business needs. Collaborating with HR and IT, you will troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows. The HCM Analyst will support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of National Debt Relief’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role will assist in system configuration, user support, data integrity, and reporting, ensuring that the platform aligns with business and HR requirements. Reporting to the HCM Manager, the HCM Analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and drive system efficiencies.
This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 12 to 18 months. While there is no guarantee of extension or conversion to a permanent role, opportunities may be considered based on business needs and individual performance.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
2 years of experience working with HRIS or HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce). Dayforce preferred.
Exposure to HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, benefits, and talent management.
Experience with HR reporting tools, data analysis, and system administration is a plus.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM architecture, system integrations, and data management.
Experience with HR and IT reporting tools, data analytics, and process automation.
Proven ability to manage large-scale HR technology projects, working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business leaders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Ability to assess complex systems and workflows, recommending data-driven solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders
Experience in developing user training materials and leading system adoption initiatives.
PMP, PHR, SHRM-CP, or HRIP certification preferred or other certifications
HCM Implementation experience preferred
Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll integrations, and talent management systems.
NDR role qualifications:
Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

This is a temporary position, expected to last 6 months with the potential for a conversion to a full time opportunity.
