  • Reports To: Director of Sales
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through various prospecting methods.
  • Present Paylocity services to prospective clients and develop proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships within referral channels.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to promote services.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications.
  • Mobility for travel and client meetings.
