Job summary

MORSE Corp, based in Cambridge, MA with offices in Arlington, VA and Seattle, WA, is seeking Human Computer Interaction Engineer Co-ops to conduct user research, design, prototype, and evaluate systems under development.

As a Human Computer Interaction Engineer, you will assist in design efforts for mobile, web, and software applications in AI, ML, test & evaluation, and aerospace, with a focus on user-centered design and clear communication to teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Pursuing a BS/BA in Information Design, HCI, CS, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
US Citizenship required with ability to obtain US Security Clearance.
Experience with user research methods and prototyping software applications.
Strong communication and presentation skills; self-starter.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user experiences for Mobile, Desktop, and Web apps.
Design and development of software apps and UI/UX implementations.
Conduct user research to gain domain knowledge and evaluate prototypes.
Design, prototype, and evaluate data visualizations.
