Job summary

Youth Haven Services – Randolph County, North Carolina is seeking a Licensed Professional to join our Intensive In-Home (IIH) program as a Team Lead serving clients throughout Randolph County, NC. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for children and adolescents with behavioral or mental health needs.

This role combines direct clinical work with team leadership, supervision, and coordination, with services provided in clients' homes and the community

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, MFT or related field.
• Current North Carolina Licensure or Provisional Licensure (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, etc.).
• Minimum of one year of documented clinical experience with the population served.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Randolph County.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy according to the consumer's Person-Centered Plan.
• Complete clinical assessments and reassessments.
• Offer clinical guidance and direction to IIH team members.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and monitor case progress, interventions, and overall team performance.
• Support compliance for intakes, authorizations, reauthorizations, documentation, and productivity.
• Track treatment outcomes, ensure timely documentation, and assist with transition and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Youth Haven Services is a comprehensive mental health agency specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and their families. We are seeking a Licensed Professional to join our growing Intensive In-Home (IIH) program as a Team Lead serving clients throughout Randolph County, NC.

About the Role

The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for children and adolescents with behavioral or mental health needs. This role combines direct clinical work with team leadership, supervision, and coordination. Services are provided in clients' homes and throughout the community in Randolph County, following Youth Haven Services policies and North Carolina state guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of documented clinical experience with the population served.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel throughout Randolph County for home- and community-based services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional, ethical behavior.
