Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an HCBS Programmer to lead a care-services team in an in-office role with on-call rotation in Iowa. You will build a strong team culture, oversee resources, and coordinate person-centered services to help clients achieve goals.

The role requires driving and reliable transportation, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with some flexibility for on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong team culture with regular team meetings and on-call coverage.
• Monitor and manage resources including vehicles, budgets, and scheduling for smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate person-centered services with CBCM and IDT, developing plans and documenting assessments.
• Serve as primary liaison to families, guardians, and case managers, documenting interactions and coordinating partnerships.
• Maintain compliance with laws and regulations, document incidents, and advocate for individuals' independence.
