Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of one year experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or a related field required.
• Previous experience in business development, marketing, physician relations, community outreach, or behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally within assigned territories to develop referral relationships, conduct outreach activities, attend meetings, and represent AMHA in the community.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and community needs.
• Assist with the development and implementation of business development and outreach plans.
• Support annual marketing initiatives and organizational growth strategies.
• Represent AMHA at community events, meetings, networking opportunities, and other outreach activities.
• Promote awareness of AMHA services and programs within the community.
• Track outreach activities and evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to support new and existing programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of outreach efforts and referral activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This role is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of AMHA programs and services.
