Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Memory Systems Architecture Intern to contribute to the analysis and microarchitecture of future HBM products.

You will work with experienced architects to evaluate features, build performance models, and investigate solutions that improve memory performance for AI and HPC workloads. You will collaborate with architecture, design, and memory controller teams, using Python/C++ and AI-assisted workflows to validate outputs and support roadmap development.

Competenze

• Pursuing BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Coursework in computer architecture or memory systems.
• Experience with programming in Python and at least one of C++, SystemVerilog, or similar.

Mansioni

• Research and evaluate next‑gen HBM architecture and microarchitecture features.
• Develop/extend performance models, simulators, and analyses to assess trade‑offs.
• Analyze workload behavior and provide recommendations for future HBM development.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate engineering tasks and document results.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support feature definition and roadmaps.
