Job summary

Micron Technology is actively seeking a Custom HBM Architecture and Design Engineer to join the Heterogeneous Integration Group. You will help architect, design, and integrate next‑gen HBM SoC logic die in close collaboration with architecture, design, verification, physical design, firmware, and product teams.

This hands‑on role emphasizes RTL build, IP integration, debugging, and pre/post‑silicon support to improve power, performance, and area in memory subsystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a related field with hardware design experience.
• Strong SystemVerilog/Verilog proficiency and RTL methodologies.
• Experience with RTL-to-GDS flow and sign‑off considerations.
• Familiarity with Cadence, Synopsys, or Siemens tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hardware/software interaction to identify bottlenecks.
• Drive HBM architecture and memory IP integration.
• Architect and implement RTL for SoC blocks and subsystems.
• Collaborate across design, verification, and manufacturing teams.
