Job summary

Herman N Logistics is hiring experienced Hazmat CDL-A Flex drivers to haul auto parts for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. Earn competitive hourly pay and a generous sign-on bonus while supporting multiple operations across the Midwest.

Drivers travel up to 4 weeks at a time with a week off between assignments, unload at stops, and operate newer Freightliner sleepers on dry van trailers. Safety, reliability, and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

Job description

We are hiring experienced Hazmat CDL-A Flex drivers to haul auto parts for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. Earn competitive hourly pay, travel to support different operations, and enjoy a generous sign-on bonus.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average annual pay: $104,000
• Top annual pay: $115,000
• Hourly pay: $40, straight time
• Layover per diem: $25 per layover
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000, with the first payment after 30 days
• Paid weekly

Schedule & Routes

• Travel assignments for up to 4 weeks at a time
• One week off between assignments
• Mix of multi-stop deliveries and occasional shuttle runs
• Routes through Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Missouri

Freight & Equipment

• Haul auto parts in dry van trailers
• Newer automatic Freightliner sleeper trucks
• Driver unload required at each stop
• Use a lift gate and electric pallet jack

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
