Herman N Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account in Wisconsin. Haul auto parts on overnight routes with daily home time, competitive earnings, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Deliveries to Madison and Green Bay with 40–60 hours per week; five days on, two off, night dispatch 10:00–11:00 pm. Dry van equipment; driver unload required at each stop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Hazmat endorsement required; doubles endorsement preferred.
• Ability to work overnight schedules and perform driver unload duties.
• Clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Willingness to work weekends and on dedicated routes.

Responsabilités

• Drive dedicated Advance Auto Parts routes on overnight schedules.
• Unload at stops using a lift gate and electric pallet jack.
• Deliver to Madison and Green Bay areas with multi-stop routes.
• Maintain safe, on-time deliveries with daily home time as scheduled.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies.

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. Haul auto parts on overnight routes while enjoying daily home time, competitive earnings, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average annual pay: $80,000
• Mileage pay: $0.634 per mile
• Stop pay: $25 per stop
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000, with the first payment after 30 days
• Paid weekly with activity-based compensation

Schedule & Home Time

• Home daily
• Five days per week with two consecutive days off
• Available schedules: Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday
• Nightly dispatch between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• Approximately 40-60 hours per week
• Dedicated routes with multi-stop deliveries and shuttle runs
• Deliveries to the Madison and Green Bay areas

Freight & Equipment

• Dedicated Advance Auto Parts account
• Dry van trailers
• New automatic Freightliner day-cab trucks
• Driver unload required at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Doubles endorsement preferred
• Ability to work overnight schedules and perform driver-unload duties
• Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• No SAP Drivers
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical card
• Able to work weekends
