Herman N Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. You will haul auto parts on overnight routes while enjoying daily home time, competitive earnings, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Average annual pay is $85,000 with mileage pay of $0.739 per mile and $25 per stop. Endorse Hazmat; weekend work and DOT medical card are required. Routes are dedicated with home daily on a five-day schedule and a nightly dispatch window.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• No SAP Drivers.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van trailers on overnight routes for the Advance Auto Parts account.
• Deliver auto parts with occasional multi-stop or shuttle runs.
• Endorsement for Hazmat is required by client.
• Maintain safe driving practices and complete required logs and paperwork.

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Advance Auto Parts account. Haul auto parts on overnight routes while enjoying daily home time, competitive earnings, and a generous sign-on bonus.

Pay & Bonuses

• Average annual pay: $85,000
• Mileage pay: $0.739 per mile
• Stop pay: $25 per stop
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000, with the first payment after 30 days
• Paid weekly with activity-based compensation

Schedule & Home Time

• Home daily
• Approximately 45 hours per week
• Five-day workweek with two consecutive days off
• Available schedules: Monday–Friday, Sunday–Thursday, or Thursday–Saturday
• Nightly dispatch between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• Dedicated routes with a mix of multi-stop deliveries and shuttle runs

Freight & Equipment

• Dedicated Advance Auto Parts account
• Dry van trailers
• New automatic Freightliner day-cab trucks
• Driver unload required using a lift gate and electric pallet jack

Endorsement Requirement

• Hazmat endorsement required
