Job summary
Hepaco, A Clean Harbors Company in Allentown, PA seeks an Environmental Field Laborer to perform hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, and decontamination tasks. The role involves on-call emergency response, field sampling, and operation of various tools and equipment in all weather conditions.

Qualifications
- Reliable transportation required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks per responsibilities.
- On-call emergency response rotation may require weekend/holiday work and extended hours.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow company policies.
- Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects.
- Operate light and heavy equipment and hand/powered tools; handle PPE and respirators.
- Work in varied temperatures and weather conditions; potential exposure to hazardous materials.
- Support field sampling, calibrations, and site inspections; climb ladders and scaffolding.
- Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis and participate in site remediation tasks.
