The ideal candidate will manage documentation, lead training of technicians, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or related industries.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency response situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and comply with safe work practices.
• Read work orders and verify equipment availability and operation before jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting any job.
• Correct deficiencies that impact safety or client requirements.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.
• Complete service paperwork and submit to management.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead crew and ensure tasks meet client requirements and company policies.
