Job summary

Clean Harbors in Pecatonica, IL seeks a Field Service Project Manager to lead large-scale emergency response projects. You will coordinate with team members, supervisors, and the Branch Manager, handling site cleanup, remediation, and containment tasks across multiple customer locations.

The role requires solid field service experience, strong safety culture, and the ability to prepare proposals and schedules. Training at our Academy is required for one week, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience or related.
• Strong understanding of health and safety policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees large, technically complex projects at diverse customer sites.
• Develops proposals, cost estimates, work scopes and schedules.
• Maintains relationships with customers and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Provides technical support for project cost estimates and subcontractor selection.
• Enforces health, safety and regulatory policies across sites.
