Job summary

Clean Harbors in Cloquet, MN is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to lead large-scale emergency response projects at customer sites. You will coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and the Branch Manager to ensure safe, compliant remediation work including spill cleanup and hazardous waste handling.

The role requires about 50% travel across the United States. Training Academy is provided, and competitive pay with opportunities for increases and an incentive program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience or related.
• Strong environmental remediation background and experience.
• Emergency response supervisor training and/or Marine Spill Response training preferred.
• Strong understanding of equipment operations.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulation.
• Cost estimating and computer experience.
• In depth knowledge of remedial technologies.
• Previous experience working Emergency Response.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects at customer locations with waste site clean-up and decontamination work.
• Prepare proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules.
• Develop relationships with key customers and understand customer issues.
• Provide timely, concise information to superiors and subordinates.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and procurement and ensure health & safety compliance.
