Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Warehouse Operations Technician at our API-US facility in Clayton, NC. You will perform truck and bulk liquid unloading to support all plant operations, ensure proper material put-away in SAP/ERP, and help maintain safety and accuracy across the loading dock.

This role requires hands-on work with hazardous materials and coordination with utilities and production teams. Ideal candidates have at least two years of related experience, strong math and communication skills,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• AS degree or equivalent training in a related field preferred.
• HAZWOPER certification and/or relevant training desired.
• Minimum of two years’ truck/bulk liquid unloading or warehousing experience required.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP and basic warehouse tasks preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload product from trucks, tankers, and ISO containers.
• Operate pumps and valves; blend/mix chemicals as needed during offloads.
• Handle, label, and store hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Perform material handling in hazardous material configurations.
• Maintain accurate SAP/ERP movements and put-away.
• Conduct weekly PH probe calibrations using MES/DeltaV.
