Job summary

Clean Harbors in Lincoln RI is seeking a Class B CDL Driver (Hazmat) to operate light and heavy-duty trucks and equipment at customer sites, including vacuum trailers and roll-off trailers, for hazardous waste cleanup. You will perform driving and non-driving duties on and off sites while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (within 90 days), physical fitness, and the ability to use mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.
• Able to perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Successful background check, drug test, and medical as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as needed.
• Load and unload trucks and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Placard vehicles to meet DOT requirements.
• Maintain daily logs, timesheets and reports.
• Comply with all safety, health and environmental guidelines.
• Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
