Clean Harbors in South Portland, ME seeks a Class B CDL Driver (Hazmat) to operate light and heavy-duty trucks at customer sites for hazardous waste clean-up. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, daily logs, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

DOT/compliance focus with potential on-call duties. Qualified candidates hold a Class B CDL, Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and must pass background checks and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.
• Must pass background check, drug test, and physical.
• Must meet OSHA respirator standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Maintain daily logs and time sheets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safe service delivery.
• Follow DOT, local and company safety regulations.
• Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
