Job summary

Clean Harbors in Chicopee MA is seeking a Class B CDL Driver (Hazmat) to operate light and heavy-duty trucks at customer sites, including Vacuum Trailer, roll-off trailers, van trailers, box trucks and high-powered vacuum loaders. You will perform driving and non-driving duties on and off customer sites related to hazardous waste clean-up.

Responsibilities include operating commercial trucks, loading/unloading, proper placarding, and maintaining logs and reports while following DOT and company

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment preferred.
• Ability to use various mobile devices and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as part of a team.
• Possess and operate a variety of Class B trucks and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks and ensure proper placarding per DOT requirements.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets and reports.
• Adhere to all safety policies and regulatory requirements while on-site.
• Be available on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
