Job summary

Estes Express Lines is seeking a professional CDL-A driver to operate tractor-trailer units across diverse routes in the Smyrna, TN area. You will perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, comply with FMCSA regulations, maintain accurate records, and ensure safe handling of hazardous materials when required.

You will drive under varying environmental conditions and schedules, provide courteous service to customers, and comply with company policies while meeting tight deadlines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HLDO/GED or equivalent background.
• CDL Class A with Hazmat/tanker endorsements.
• Must meet FMCSA medical and background requirements.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the service center.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer safely in compliance with FMCSA laws.
• Maintain required records and complete inspections.
• Load/unload freight and assist on dock when needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
• Provide courteous customer service and communicate professionally.
