Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a HazMat Retail Driver to operate Class B trucks for LTL waste pickups at retail stores, pharmacies, and industrial sites.

You will ensure proper packaging, labeling and securement, while maintaining manifests and work orders with top-notch customer service. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with possible 3-4 overnight shifts depending on routes; weekends are largely off with occasional requirements for critical business needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with compliant MVR.
• HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Ability to pass 40-hour HAZWOPER training.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class B trucks to pick up customer retail waste.
• Verify packaging, labeling and cargo for proper containment.
• Maintain electronic manifests and work orders.
• Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Provide on-site customer service and clear communication.
