Job summary

Brenntag is seeking a skilled CDL Driver in Terre Haute, IN for daily chemical distribution using Class 8 tractors. This role handles hazmat and non-hazmat loads, requiring loading/unloading, proper paperwork, and strict DOT/OSHA compliance.

We offer safety training, late-model trucks maintained with up-to-date safety features, and reliable schedules with regular home time. Local candidates preferred and residency within sixty miles is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A CDL with Tanker, Bulk, or Hazmat endorsements as required.
• Valid DOT medical card and TWIC where required by location.
• Experience with chemical delivery and hazardous materials preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed loading/unloading procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 8 tractors for daily chemical distribution, safe and efficient operation.
• Load and unload liquids and solids, including bulk and packaged deliveries.
• Complete required documentation and ensure DOT/OSHA compliance.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain equipment.
