Job summary

Brenntag is seeking a skilled CDL Driver to support daily chemical distribution. Operate Class 8 tractors for hazardous and non-hazardous shipments, including liquids and dry goods, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will load/unload, document, and ensure proper transfers, while maintaining equipment and adhering to DOT/OSHA standards. We offer reliable schedules and regular home time with late-model trucks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or US military experience.
• Class A CDL with Tanker, Bulk, and/or Hazmat Endorsement as required.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Pallet jacks (electric/manual) certification; forklift if location requires.
• Read/write English; follow safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 8 tractors for chemical distribution daily.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials (liquids and solids).
• Load/unload, secure, and document deliveries; handle on-site transfers.
• Maintain equipment; comply with DOT/OSHA rules and Brenntag procedures.
• Communicate delivery instructions with supervisor/dispatcher.
