Job summary

Hawkins, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL driver to load and unload trucks and deliver products safely to customer sites in the Central United States. You will handle documentation, operate equipment, and maintain vehicle safety and housekeeping while complying with DOT standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of CDL experience, tanker/HAZMAT endorsements, and a clean driving record. Travel ranges up to 20%, with compensation at $33.85 per hour and potential overtime earnings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Class A CDL driving experience required.
• Currently holding a Class A CDL with ability to obtain tanker and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to internal and external customer sites professionally.
• Know equipment and processes for handling, storing, shipping and transporting hazardous materials per DOT standards.
• Complete required shipping, receiving, inventory and inspection paperwork accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and report safety incidents.
• Follow all SOPs and environmental, health and safety regulations.
