Job summary

Hawkins Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL Bulk Tanker Driver to maintain a structured route, load/unload trucks, and deliver products safely and on time. You will handle equipment operations, paperwork, and routine vehicle maintenance while adhering to company SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of bulk driving, a valid Class A CDL with tanker and HAZMAT endorsements, and the ability to drive a manual transmission. Travel ranges 0–20% and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous Class A bulk driving experience required
• Currently holding a Class A CDL with ability to obtain tanker and HAZMAT endorsements
• Ability to drive manual transmission required
• Satisfactory driving records
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required; prior MRP or ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Professionally deliver products to internal and external customer sites
• Knowledge of equipment and process operations for handling, storing, shipping and transporting hazardous materials per DOT standards
• Accurately complete required documentation in paper form and/or on computer (shipping/receiving paperwork, inventory sheets, inspection reports)
• Provide routine maintenance and inspection of vehicles and equipment
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Comply with product quality and safety standards and report incidents
• Communicate compliance, safety, and equipment needs
• Operate independently while following SOPs and environmental, safety and health regulations
• Perform other related duties as needed
