Job summary

Patriot Environmental Services is seeking qualified heavy equipment operators in the Western United States. The role involves operating 50/70 barrel vacuum and single roll-off trucks, driving safely, and handling hazardous waste materials in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Candidates must hold a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, have a clean DMV record, and complete the 40-hour HAZWOPER training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current CDL Class A license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Clean driving record per company standards and DMV printout.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required; 40-hour HAZWOPER training required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive heavy equipment including vacuum trucks and roll-off units.
• Deliver materials and respond to hazardous waste scenarios safely.
• Prepare Haz-Mat and Non-Haz manifests; comply with DOT and FMCSA rules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• respond to 24/7 emergency calls; work long hours, nights or weekends.
