Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a professional CDL driver in Indiana (Fremont area) to deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day. You will touch freight, complete paperwork, and ensure DOT-compliant hazmat paperwork is accurate.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, reporting maintenance needs, and building strong customer relationships while learning how Linde’s business operates to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with a valid Class B CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement either already on CDL or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• No major accidents, suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years.
• DOT physical and medical certificate required.
• Ability to push/pull/move/lift 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day, handling freight and completing paperwork.
• Accurately count and record quantities delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers according to DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate vehicle repairs.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Continuously learn about Linde’s operations and growth.
