Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and proficiency in reading/writing English.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with a valid Class B CDL.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within last 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day, touching freight and completing paperwork.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up items.
• Complete hazmat shipping papers according to DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify and report needed vehicle repairs or maintenance.
• Build relationships with customers to meet business goals.
• Learn and apply Linde’s operating practices to support growth.
