Veolia in North America is seeking a safety‑minded transportation and disposal technician based in Texas. The role involves manifesting, packaging, spill response, labeling, and coordinating transportation for hazardous waste, with emphasis on compliance with DOT and EPA regulations.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a chemistry-related bachelor’s degree preferred, and the ability to obtain a Class A/B CDL with Hazardous endorsement.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science discipline preferred.
• CDL with Hazardous endorsement is highly valued for this role.
• HAZWOPER certification provides a regulatory baseline for field work.

Responsabilidades

• Manifesting and packaging of waste streams.
• Spill response, labeling, loading and unloading, and coordinating transportation.
• Sample waste streams and profiling materials per policies.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (DOT/EPA/Veolia policies).
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
