Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a transportation and disposal services professional to manage sample waste streams, manifesting, packaging, and spill response while complying with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.

You will coordinate transportation, maintain equipment, and uphold a professional client-facing presence, with emphasis on DOT/EPA compliance and HazWoper readiness. Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and paperwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science preferred.
• HAZWOPER 40-hour certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Sample waste streams per policy and procedure.
• Manifest, package, spill cleanup and transport coordination.
• Maintain professional image and client communications.
• Comply with DOT/EPA and company safety policies.
• Understand regulations for disposal paperwork and hazmat handling.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficiency.
