Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, environmental science or technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in hazardous waste management or environmental services; 7+ years if no degree.
• CHMM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares routine technical services proposals and assists with large-project proposals, visiting the customer site as needed.
• Assesses project needs for equipment and labor to estimate length and cost, maintains adherence to timeframes and budgets.
• Initiates projects by scheduling resources, launching paperwork, and negotiating with regulatory agency personnel.
• Monitors progress and negotiates change orders; maintains customer relations with progress reports.
• Supervises field personnel to ensure safety and method compliance; handles monthly billing approvals and administrative tasks.
• Participates in hiring, performance evaluation, training, and disciplinary decisions.
