Job summary

Veolia in North America is the leading environmental services company with a broad portfolio including water, waste and energy management. This role involves performing routine hazardous and non-hazardous waste tasks under direct supervision, including loading/unloading containers and assisting with paperwork for material transport.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, forklift proficiency, and basic reading/writing skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–6 months in hazardous waste or chemical industry in related position preferred.
• Proficiency in handling forklifts and a variety of tools.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload various size containers (totes, drums, tankers, trailers).
• Construct boxes and/or fiber containers and stacks, labels, and loads containers.
• Use tools such as impact wrenches, shovels, jackhammers, etc.
