Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business or related field, or in lieu of degree
• High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to the education requirement)
• HAZWOPER Certification Upon Hire
• RCRA and DOT regulatory compliance experience Upon Hire
• OSHA 24-Hour Certification Upon Hire
• Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire drug and/or alcohol testing may be required by customer contracts
• Must be able to live and work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for transportation of waste from client site including profiling, scheduling, manifesting and loading
• Consult with client to identify cost-saving opportunities and proposals
• Establish clear communication with team and subcontractors using email, chat, and video conferencing
• Prioritize urgent requests and coordinate with subcontractors for timely service
• Use CRM and scheduling software to manage requests and updates
• Provide responsive and proactive customer service and resolve issues quickly
• Ensure compliance with client and government regulations through inspections and reporting
• Administer client and vendor financial obligations including invoicing and contracts
• Promote safety by training site personnel on applicable regulations
