Job summary

Clean Harbors in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Field Services Technician III to join our safety conscious team. This role performs hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials in the field with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, physical work, operating equipment, using PPE and complying with DOT and environmental regulations. The position requires on-call availability and may include weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• This position involves emergency response duties.
• 2 years of experience in Field Service Technician work.
• Must pass background check, drug test and medical inspection.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to keep Health and Safety as the top priority.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and bending.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and use PPE as required.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and potentially in hazardous environments.
• Complete paperwork such as worksheets, inspections and permits.
• Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
