EnviroServe, a Clean Harbors company, in Des Moines, IA, seeks a Field Services Technician I to join a safety-focused team. The role performs hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials in the field.

Formación

• Reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow all policies
• Engage in physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects
• Operate light and heavy equipment and use hand and powered tools
• Wear and use PPE including respirators and skin/eye protection
• Work in varied temperatures and environments, indoors or outdoors
• Handle hazardous materials and waste safely and compliantly
• Support field sampling and meter calibration
• Climb ladders/scaffolding and work from trucks, tanks, or containers
• Be on-call for emergency response on rotating schedule
