Job summary

EnviroServe, a Clean Harbors company, in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Field Services Technician I to perform hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination and handling of hazardous materials. This is a full-time, on-site role with a pay range of $20.00-$24.00 per hour and benefits after 30 days.

Responsibilities include maintaining health and safety, operating equipment, PPE use, and potential on-call emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Willingness to be on-call; weekends/holidays and extended shifts may be required.
• Successful completion of background check, drug test, and physical.
• Meet OSHA respirator standards as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following policies and procedures.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and use various hand tools and powered tools.
• Wear and properly use PPE and respiratory protection as required.
• Work in various temperatures indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.
• Respond to emergencies on a rotating on-call basis and support site remediation.
