Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned sites. The role includes operating motorized cleaning equipment, handling hazardous waste tasks, and reporting safety concerns to supervision.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 months of relevant training or experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work in a team environment. Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, wage $14–$15 per hour. Benefits packages are offered.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 3–6 months training preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• A valid driver's license may be required; MVR check and driving eligibility are needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and PPE usage.
• Follow safety rules, company procedures and policies.
• Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, co-workers and customers.
• Drive to multiple work locations/sites as needed.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
