Job summary

Clean Harbors in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll offs. This role handles driving and non-driving duties related to hazardous waste cleanup.

This position requires about 50% travel across the United States for Emergency Response projects; travel expenses are paid and per diem is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required with no restrictions.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Able to pass background check, drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Maintain daily logs and time sheets.
• Comply with DOT, OSHA and company safety rules.
• Be on call for emergency response on rotating basis.
• Site remediation and hazardous materials handling as assigned.
