Clean Harbors in North Amityville, NY is seeking a Class B CDL Driver to operate light and heavy-duty trucks and equipment at our customer sites, including vacuum trailers and roll-off trailers. You will perform driving and non-driving duties on and off sites for hazardous waste clean-up.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsement recommended.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.
• Background check, drug test and physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as needed.
• Load and unload trucks and ensure proper placarding per DOT requirements.
• Maintain daily logs and time sheets.
• Safely operate vehicles per DOT, state and federal requirements.
• On-call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
