Clean Harbors in Location is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trucks and roll-offs, with duties on and off site related to hazardous waste cleanup.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.
• Must perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Background check, drug test and physical may be required by position.
• Facial hair standards per OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by following safe work practices and company policies.
• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as needed.
• Operate a variety of Class A trucks.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform manual labor on site to fulfill customer needs.
• Properly placard vehicles to meet DOT requirements.
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and reports.
• Follow local, state and federal compliance regulations.
• Safely operate vehicles per U.S. DOT and company guidelines.
• Adhere to environmental health and safety operating guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be on call for emergency response on rotating basis.
• Site remediation and handling of hazardous materials.
