Clean Harbors in Richmond, CA is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light trucks at customer sites for hazardous waste cleanup. This role involves driving and on-site tasks with pay and benefits after onboarding, emphasizing safety and compliance.

The position offers $32.00–$34.00 hourly DOE, comprehensive health benefits after 30 days, and a 401K with company match. Training is provided with paid two-week Academy out of state, plus tuition reimbursement and growth

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to use mobile devices for job-related tasks.
• Physically capable to perform required duties.
• Background check, drug test, and medical evaluation required.
• Comply with OSHA respiratory protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as needed.
• Drive a variety of Class A trucks and load/unload cargo.
• Perform site work including hazardous waste cleanup.
• Maintain logs and comply with DOT requirements.
• Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
